First Drive is an independent driver training company specialising in providing high standard Car and Car with Trailer training throughout the north east.

Trainers have experience as professional driving instructors in Cars, Car & Trailer, Minibus, PCV and LGV and are fully qualified and registered with the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) to competently deliver all of your driver training requirements.

Qualifications include: -
> DSA registered high grade instructor.
> City & Guilds 7300 & 7303 training/teaching qualifications.
> Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) qualification for lgv/pcv vehicles.
> Royal Society for the prevention of accidents (RoSPA) advanced driver gold award.
> First Aid certificate.
> Certificate in Coaching methods & The Goals for Driver Education (GDE).

Your training vehicle will be specific to your training and test requirements, are all fully insured and comply to current DSA test vehicle specifications.

As a First Drive client you will always receive our First Class customer service, including any information, theory support if required, and driver training you need to become a competent and safe driver. 
And for those who are able to take private practice away from our training vehicle we can provide any accompanying driver with advice and handout notes.

All training courses provided by First Drive are flexible to suit the personal or commercial needs of the client and the learning ability and needs of the trainee.
